Here at EX.CO, we are fortunate to not only have amazing females as colleagues but to also work day-to-day with many female leaders throughout the digital ecosystem. In celebration of the incredible women who are serving as driving forces at their respective companies, and as EX.CO continues to lean into the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace, we asked a few select superstars this question:

Gender representation in business is still a challenge which is why women mentoring women is so important, even in 2022.
